Clionadh Pomona Highlighter Review & Swatches
Pomona
Clionadh Pomona Powder Highlighter ($12.50 for 0.21 oz.) blends together to create an icy lavender with a bright, metallic sheen. It had rich color coverage, which was far more pigmentation than described, though that might not be a deal-breaker; I did feel like it could be used with a lighter hand for more buildable coverage if desired.
The texture was smooth to the touch, moderately dense but not too thick, and blendable. It had a more metallic finish that emphasized my skin’s texture just slightly at higher coverage. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours before fading visibly on my skin.

There's not much that describes the formula other than it has a "soft, buildable application." They tended to be quite pigmented--semi-opaque to fully opaque--with soft, smoother textures that weren't too dense nor too softly-pressed into the pan. For sheerer or more buildable application, I'd highly recommend using a lighter hand a less-dense brush to do so.
The texture was typically smooth, slightly dense and a bit thicker than most powder highlighters on the market, so they often needed to be really buffed and diffused on the skin. The finishes were often more intense, leaning toward metallic, and occasionally, they emphasized my skin's natural texture when worn at higher coverage levels. They wore between eight and nine hours on me for the most part.

Omg it kills me that they have dimethicone in their highlighter formula (I haven’t looked in to it, but I’ve noticed common ingredients lists on indie cosmetics and suspect they’re using a premade base). This would look stunning on my skin.
VERY different, in a good way! This is something that I may be able to pull off, as long as I use my fan brush and go in lightly. The sheen on this highlighter reminds me of crystal in the sunlight!
