Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool
Favorite matte red lipstick? I hate matte lipsticks but the only one I don’t really loathe happens to be RED – Smashbox Infrared
Favorite cream red lipstick? Smashbox again – Red Rage (it’s a cream formula) and also MAC’s long discontinued Red Dwarf (I don’t know if it’s a matte, a creme or a hybrid – I do think it’s a Pro Longwear formula but I’m not sure)
Favorite red lip liner? Don’t have one…if I use a lip liner at all, I use either MAC Dervish (which is close to my own lip colour so doesn’t leave that ugly ring should my lipstick – as it inevitably will – wear wears off) or Lise Watier’s invisible lip liner.
Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name (blue-green eyes, dark hair)
Favorite matte red lipstick? A tie between two MAC lipsticks: Ruby Woo Retro Matte lipstick and Selena Siempré Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolor. Both have EXCELLENT wear-time and look so elegantly classic!
Favorite cream red lipstick? Several favorites! UD Rock Steady, MAC Yoni Crush and Como La Flor, plus Chanel Rouge Vie and Bite NYC.
Favorite red lip liner? Nyx Slim Lip Pencil in Hot Red.
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Favorite matte red lipstick? No matte lipsticks for me, red or otherwise!
Favorite cream red lipstick? It would have to be Clarin’s Joli Rouge lipstick in Red Terra. I think the reason why many reds turn pink on me is when my foundation creeps onto my lips, it effects the lip chemistry and turns the lipsticks pink, so I am going to purchase a good red lipstick and be ultra careful about applying my foundation to see if that does the trick.
Favorite red lip liner? No, I don’t bother with a lip liner.
Skin tone: Fenty 120
Favorite matte red lipstick: Pat McGrath Elson
Favorite cream red lipstick: Gucci Three Wise Girls
Favorite Red lipliner: I don’t use liner
Favorite matte red lipstick? Urban Decay Bad Blood in the old Comfort Matte formula, a little biased as that was my very first high-end lipstick
Favorite cream red lipstick? Laniege Two Tone Lip Bar in “Apple Jello”
Favorite red lip liner? Wet ‘n Wild perfectpout Gel Lip Liner in “Red the Scene”
Your skin tone/coloring: Light olive, darkest brown hair w/ caramel-y highlights, gunmetal grey eyes w/ a bit of green 💚
Favorite matte red lipstick? Not fond of mattes much anymore, but still like MAC ‘Chili’
Favorite cream red lipstick? Sephora ‘It Girl’—wish I had backups!
Favorite red lip liner? Haven’t used many, but had a Chanel I liked once 😁
Your skin tone/coloring: Pale yellowish, blue eyes, red hair
Favorite matte red lipstick? L’Oreal matte ink in I Am Worth It
Favorite cream red lipstick? McGrath Muse from Pat McGrath Labs or Bad Blood Ruby from Lancome
Favorite red lip liner? uhhh the only one I have is from the NYX Matte Suede line but I don’t really use it much
Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool skin (foundation matches: Fenty Pro Filt’r 110, Urban Decay All Nighter 2.5, NARS Natural Radiant Longwear 2.0 Mont Blanc, Kevyn Aucoin The Etherealist Light EF 02, L’Oreal True Match C3 Creamy Natural), gray eyes, brown hair with red highlights and scattered blonde/blue strands. My everyday base products are Fenty-Amber Match Stick as cheek contour and Pro Filt’r concealer and Soft Matte foundation in 110.
Favorite matte red lipstick? Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 Matte Revolution Patsy Red for a bullet, Revlon Ultra HD Passion for a liquid lipstick.
Favorite cream red lipstick? Kat Von D/KVD Studded Kiss Creme-I’m going to go with Hexagram because it’s the first one I bought out of the three reds I own (the other 2 are Underage Red and the LE 10 Year anniversary shade Santa Sangre).
Favorite red lip liner? UD 714 24/7 lipliner.
Skin – *very* pale, rosacea on cheeks
Fave matte red…..tough. KVD Nosferatu (horrible formula) or PMG Guinevere
Cream red – PMG Strange
Fave red lip liner – dunno yet. I tried NYX alabama and it’s nice, but it’s not a fave.
Your skin tone/coloring: Above, grey-green eyes, dark brown hair
Favorite matte red lipstick? It is probably MAC Ruby Woo, but after a day with it on my lips I have to wear balms for two to three days as my lips don’t like the very matte formula. I do like other mattes, from MAC, Russian Red and Red Rock.
Favorite cream red lipstick? UD F-Bomb, MAC Brave Red, MAC Red, Brave Red. I also have lovely reds from loads of brands. Red lipsticks is a thing of beauty that I love- F-Bomb is my absolute favourite though.
Favorite red lip liner? MAC Cherry and some clear liners that keep lipsticks in place, I use them tor the few lipsticks that feathers for me.
