Ellen, what DID happen to Ulta’s 20% off sales??? I’m at the top level (Platinum?) and used to receive emails and postcards every couple of months at least. They covered Premium brand and the sales lasted for about two weeks. Early in the pandemic they stopped. I’m Premium thru 2021 but I no longer shop there.
I complained to them at the end of last year, i had a bunch of points i wanted to use before they expired. They ended up sending me an initial coupon that said it was already used (lol) and then a second one. The only reply they gave was they are no longer sending their coupons to everyone and they’re targeted offers now. Kind of bogus , so i don’t think i see myself shopping with them again or will reach platinum, i didn’t last year even before they extended everyone.

It was sent via email, but the fine print made it appear open to all Beauty Insiders – there’s no code / activation linked to it. I’ve confirmed all tiers received the offer, too!

Anyone else having trouble with the Sephora discount? I registered on 12/26 and the points were never deducted from my account. Now I’m not able to use the code and when I emailed Sephora to fix it they told me to call the phone help line. Pretty irritated, wondering if other people are getting the same runaround. ?
Yes. Some of their coupons are not universal, which seems unfair. Last time I called the customer service and they manually added the discount to my cart. But doing it this way meant no cash-back website such as ebates.
For Ulta, I have the 20% coupon except it excludes prestige. Not sure if this is a mistake, and maybe I should check with Ulta?
You might have a different coupon! I’ve gotten an email everyday this week, and each email says “yep, prestige brands, fragrance, & Benefit Brow Bar too!”

I got an email from Sephora saying that they have waived shipping through April 3rd with the code FREESHIP. The email said that this is through their .com and .ca sites so it might not be worldwide.
